This ingenious fabric, with its characteristic crinkled surface, not only has a unique “pleated” look but also serves a natural function: Because the fabric’s irregular structure prevents it from lying directly against the skin, it ensures comfortable air circulation. The blouse features a round neckline with a button-and-loop closure at the nape of the neck, 374-long puff sleeves with elastic cuffs, and a long tie at the waist.
