Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the wardrobe.am website and the Wardrobe app for iOS and Android (together, “Wardrobe”). By using Wardrobe, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use Wardrobe.
1. What Wardrobe is
Wardrobe is a fashion price-comparison service. It shows products from brands’ official online stores in different countries, compares their prices in the currency you choose and lets you know when a price drops or a size is back in stock. Wardrobe is free to use.
Wardrobe doesn’t sell products. You buy them on the store’s own website and under its terms, and the store is your seller. Delivery to Armenia is provided by independent delivery companies under their own terms.
2. Prices and product information
- The prices, sizes, availability, photos and descriptions on Wardrobe are based on information the stores publish on their websites. Stores can change it at any time, so what you see on Wardrobe may be out of date or inaccurate.
- Prices converted to another currency use the official Central Bank of Armenia rate and are approximate.
- Prices don’t include delivery to Armenia, customs duties or other charges.
- Before you buy, check the delivery company’s terms and the customs rules for the product: some goods can’t be shipped or imported.
- The price and conditions the store shows when you buy are the ones that apply. Always check them before you pay.
3. Your account
- Some features — the wishlist, collections, price alerts and creator profiles — need an account. You must be at least 16 to create one, and if the law where you live requires a parent’s or guardian’s consent at your age, you need that too.
- Give accurate information, keep your password safe and don’t share your account. Each person may have one account. You are responsible for what happens in it; tell us straight away if you notice someone else using it. Until we have sorted it out, we may block the account.
- You can delete your account at any time on the Sign-in & security page. Signing in again within 7 days restores it; after that, it is deleted for good.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or puts Wardrobe’s security at risk.
4. What you publish
- Other people can see your “public” and “unlisted” collections and your creator profile.
- You are responsible for what you publish. It must not be unlawful, misleading or offensive, must not infringe anyone’s rights and must not be spam or advertising we haven’t agreed to.
- Your content stays yours. You allow us, free of charge, to store and show it on Wardrobe, including in link previews when it is shared, for as long as it is published.
- We may remove content or suspend a creator profile that breaks these terms, and refuse usernames that are reserved or misleading.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- copy Wardrobe’s data in bulk with bots or other automated means without our written permission;
- disrupt Wardrobe, get around its limits or security, or try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours;
- use Wardrobe to break the law, to pretend to be someone else, or to harass or harm others.
6. Price alerts and emails
We send an alert when we see a price drop or a size come back in stock, but we can’t guarantee that every alert arrives, or that it arrives in time: stores change prices and stock without notice. You can delete your alerts at any time.
7. Intellectual property
Wardrobe’s name, logo, design and software belong to us. Brand names, logos, product photos and descriptions belong to their owners and are shown to identify and compare products. Their appearance on Wardrobe doesn’t mean the brands endorse Wardrobe or work with us.
We give you a personal right, which you can’t pass on, to use the Wardrobe website and app. Please don’t copy or modify the app or try to recover its source code. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, without owing you anything.
8. Other websites
Wardrobe links to stores, delivery companies and other websites we don’t control. They are responsible for their own content, products, services and handling of data, and their own terms apply.
9. Liability
- Wardrobe is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise that it will always work without errors or interruptions.
- We aren’t responsible when Wardrobe can’t work because of events beyond our control, such as war, natural disasters, epidemics, power or network outages, or government restrictions.
- We aren’t responsible for purchases you make from stores or for the services of delivery companies, including the quality of products, delivery, returns, refunds, customs charges and price differences.
- To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses arising from your use of Wardrobe. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
10. New services and changes to Wardrobe
We may add new services, including paid ones. Before they launch, we will publish the terms that apply to them. We may also change, suspend or stop any part of Wardrobe.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We publish every change on this page with a new “Last updated” date and tell you about significant ones. A change applies from the day it is published and doesn’t affect anything that happened before. If you keep using Wardrobe after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, wherever you use Wardrobe from. If a dispute arises, write to us first and we will try to settle it together. A dispute we can’t settle is decided by the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
13. Other terms
Wardrobe is made for shoppers in Armenia; if you use it from another country, you are responsible for following the laws there. If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
