Padded jacket with fellex® and AEROGEL filling. fellex® aerogel technology is made from polyester and contains an AEROGEL component that increases thermal insulation without adding extra weight to the garment. This material is used in astronauts’ jumpsuits because of its lightness and warming capacity. Waterproof jacket with a removable hood. Houndstooth print visible when the fabric comes into contact with water. Removable layer in the same fabric, lapel collar and front zip fastening with concealed buttons. Welt pockets with zip fastening. Adjustable waist with a removable belt in the same fabric and adjustable cuffs with tabs. Breathable, windproof fabric. The fabric can withstand ≥10k of water penetration (10,000mm of pressurised water penetration). The garment is made with sealed seams (critical areas or all) and airtight zips that offer enhanced waterproofing. This jacket has been certified to withstand temperatures from +10ºC (low activity) to -15ºC (moderate activity) during a standardised test with simulated wind of 0.4m/s wearing a long-sleeved high-neck t-shirt, trousers, underwear, socks, shoes, gloves and a knit hat.
